Three questions, answered by the record
A Standing isn’t an opinion. It’s the answer to three questions, kept visit by visit:
- Kept. Did the visit happen as agreed? Bookings honoured, end times respected.
- Affirmed. When something was asked after the visit, was it affirmed? Quiet yes/no prompts — no essays, no public reviews.
- Proven. Has showing up become a pattern? Milestones unlock as the record grows — the first at ten visits.
It works on both sides
Neos carry a Standing: completed visits, repeat families, every visit closed with a written summary, credentials like First Aid & CPR verified. And families carry one too — bookings honoured, end times respected, affirmed by the Neos who’ve been in their home. Trust runs in both directions, and both sides can see it before anyone says yes.
