Find a Neo you trust for the moments life needs you in two places at once.
Launching September 8 · UBC, Vancouver
You need more than someone who happens to be free.
You need the right Neo to have your back.
Before anyone appears on Neola, the checks are done, references are in, credentials reviewed where provided, and the full profile approved. Then the choice is yours.

Dinner is at seven. You need to be out the door by six. Your Nene Profile is ready.
Make the ask.
YES
See the whole profile. Message first. Call through Neola if you want one. When it feels right, send the ask.
Maya gets the same courtesy. She sees who she’s showing up for, what the visit involves, what she’ll earn and when she’ll be done.
She says yes.
GO
The Care Brief gets the important stuff there first. The Nene Log keeps you connected on the rhythm you choose.
One ask. One yes. Dinner still happens.
THE PRODUCT
Build the ask in seconds. See verified Neos, real rates, the full price up front. One tap: Maya says yes, payment locks, the Care Brief travels ahead.

Neola. New. Youthful. Young one.
Every member earns their place and their name. Together, they are all Neolas.
GOERS
Parents with places to be, lives to build and time to take for themselves.
NENES
Known through their rhythms, comforts and the small details that make them who they are.
NEOS
Trusted people who choose their own hours and step in when a family needs them.
For the ones you return to. For the youthful who care for them. For the parents whose new adventures await.
No Neola left behind.
The founder
“I wasn’t looking for another sitter. I needed someone to have my back.”
I built Neola after years of studying, working, travelling, going out, getting sick and needing someone to step in without the rest of my life stopping.
Not just someone available.
Someone I could know enough to choose.
Someone who could walk in already knowing the little things.
Someone I could leave with and actually go.
So I built the thing I kept wishing existed.

Feeling good about someone is one thing. Having something to go on is better.
01 · BEFORE
Get the whole picture. Complete, verified profiles with named references, credentials and real history.
See if the vibe is right. Message first. Call through Neola. Get a feel for each other before you confirm.
Have it all laid out. Timing, pay and end time are clear before anyone says yes.
Let the Care Brief do the talking. The details that matter are there before the visit starts.
02 · DURING
Live check-ins, your way. Play-by-play, just the big moments, or somewhere in the middle. Set the rhythm that lets you breathe easy.
The private Nene Log. Updates, notes and check-ins stay together while the visit is live.
Kept close. Your Nene isn’t public. Personal details stay with the people who need them.
03 · AFTER
The written rundown. What happened, how it went and anything worth knowing for next time.
No awkward money moment. Payment is handled in Neola. If something needs a closer look, payout can pause while we review it.
A Standing that, well, stands. Every visit, a testament to how you show up.
Every Goer and Neo carries a Standing: no anonymous ratings, no five-star averages that tell you nothing. Just how someone has actually shown up, visit by visit.
Kept.
Did the visit happen as agreed?
Affirmed.
When something was asked after the visit, was it affirmed?
Proven.
Has showing up become a pattern?

WHAT CAREGIVERS TOLD US · AND WHAT WE BUILT
WHAT WE HEARD
“I apply to job after job. Half are already filled. The other half never respond.”
On Neola, families ask you: the pay, the timing, the hard stop, already attached.
WHAT WE HEARD
“I showed up not knowing anything about the family. No verification. Nothing.”
Here, every family is verified before you arrive, and support knows your visit while it’s live.
YOUR RATE IS YOURS TO SET
Every booking request shows you the timing, the family’s verification, and exactly what you’ll earn from it, before you say yes. The figure you accept is the figure you’re paid when the visit ends. Platform fees on your side are shown in the same place, in the same numbers. Nothing about your pay is ever a surprise.
Get paid to show up.
THE PILOT
One close community first. Students. Faculty. Staff. Parents. People already connected by where they learn, work and live.
Neola is a citizenship built around one simple standard: be someone others can count on.

Wherever life goes
Your Standing grows with every visit and travels with you when life moves: the trust you earn at UBC doesn’t reset in a new city.
Same record, new door. UBC first. Then we go.
Founding availability is limited during the pilot.
Become a founding citizenOf us, and of anyone you'd trust with your Nene.
Not only professional caregivers. Many come from teaching, coaching, camps, lifeguarding, or looking after their own families, the places where people already trust them with children. Every one completes identity verification, a background check they agree to first, and two references who put their name and their own words behind them, before any family can find them.
Identity, a consent-first background check, two named references, and a real review by a person before a Neo appears in search. Families are ID-verified too, so your Neo also knows whose door they're knocking on. All of it exists to give you more to go on, never to replace your own read of a person.
No membership. No subscription. Nothing to browse, nothing to message, nothing to have a real conversation with someone before you decide. You pay when care happens, and only then. When you book, you pay your Neo's hourly rate plus the platform fees, shown to you before you confirm. Nothing is charged until the visit is over.
Yes, and we hope you do. Read the whole profile, send a message, have a real phone call through Neola where neither of you ever sees the other's number. Your card is confirmed when you book and charged when the visit is over.
Home visits. Your Neo comes to you and your Nene stays in their own world, while you work, study, rest, go out, or take a few hours back. Every visit ends by 10:00 PM, and there are no overnights yet. More kinds of care come once we have done this one beautifully.
No. Any family in Vancouver is welcome. Our first Neos come from the UBC community, so you will find the most availability near campus at the start, and it widens as more people join.
Not quite. Choosing a Neo sends them your request, and they decide whether the evening is right for them. It is confirmed once they say yes, and nothing is charged until the visit ends.
Before they say yes, enough to know they are the right person for it. Once it is confirmed, everything they need to look after your Nene well: routines, allergies, comforts, meals and bedtime, how often you would like to hear from them, and when you will be home. Your address is shared on the day. Your emergency contacts stay with us, never with your Neo, so if anything happens, we are the ones making that call.
Life changes, and cancellations and late arrivals simply stay on the record for both sides. If something feels wrong during a visit, either of you reaches a real person in one tap, and they already have the booking open in front of them. Anything reported pauses the payment while a person looks, and no one's standing moves while we do. If it is an emergency, call 911 first. Then call us.
Your child. The whole reason for all of this.
Trusted care wherever life takes you.
Your Nene is in good hands.
